Simply Step 4-5pm
Step up your fitness levels with this exciting cardiovascular class. This step aerobics class will incorporate aerobic movements performed both on the floor and with a step platform to burn calories and give you a safe and effective workout.

When: Tue, July 6,8,13,15,20,22,27,29,3,5  (4:00 pm - 5:00 pm)
