Event DetailsInterval Blast 3-4pm
Interval Blast incorporates a very unique format of activity appropriately named “interval training”. This format involves bouts of higher-intensity activity (peaks) followed by bouts of lower-intensity or recover periods (plateaus). Interval Blast also makes use of various fitness tools such as light hand-held weights, light barbells, stability balls, medicine balls, and much more to utilize strength components along with cardiovascular components.
