Event DetailsBootcamp Fitness 3-4pm
Don’t let the title fool you. . .drill sergeants need not apply. Fitness Bootcamp is an up-and-coming aerobic class format that combines interval training, field-work exercises using one’s own body weight or light hand-held weights, cardiovascular movements, and an exciting atmosphere. Your certified bootcamp instructor will take you through an array of exercise progressions to provide variety within your workouts and keep your heart pumping. Don’t forget your “camo” pants. . . see you there!
