Yoga 3-4pm (mat room)
A sound mind is a perfect compliment to a healthy body. Come improve your flexibility, stability, and mental concentration. A great way to relieve daily stress, unwind, and stimulate mind and body control.

When: Wed, January 20,25,27,February 1,3,8,10,15,17,22,24,March 1,2,3,8,10,15,17,19,29,31,5,7,12,14,19,21,28,3,4,5  (3:00 pm - 4:00 pm)
Where: Activity Center Mat Room: Directly to the left of Room 124. Instructor: Jade Boswell
