The NMSU Activity Center is dedicated to helping members of the NMSU community reach their fitness goals and maintain a pure, balanced, and overall healthy lifestyle. By providing a vast array of services towards health promotion that cater to any and all fitness levels, we take pride in knowing that we are making a positive influence on our patrons' lives and well-being. The friendly staff at the AC is committed to providing the highest quality of care possible, all within a motivational, inspirational and non-judgmental atmosphere.

Total Body Fitness

The Activity Center offers modern, extensive exercise equipment, a wide variety of classes including aerobic,aquatic, intramural, open recreation and outdoor adventure sports. The fitness/wellness services offered at the AC include such items as comprehensive fitness assessments, certified personal trainers, body composition testing, nutritional analysis, group fitness classes and much more.

Healthcare

Easily access campus healthcare services at the Student Health Center, or for staff, the University Health Center where you can receive preventative and outpatient treatment for illness, injury, physical exams, immunizations, travel health, and pharmacy services. Mental Health services are provided to students by the Student Health Center and the Counseling Center. Staff mental health services are available from the Employee Assistance Program at the University Health Center.
